About the CEO
Lisa Senters-McDermott, a private aviation expert, is the CEO and founder of Jet Senters Aviation (JSA). With more than 35 years of experience in the aviation industry, Lisa’s journey in private aviation began when she played an instrumental role in launching a charter brokerage firm in New York.
Under Lisa’s leadership, Jet Senters Aviation became a certified Woman-Owned Small Business and was awarded GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contract No. 47QMB26D000C under SIN 481211B, Air Charter Services (Charter Broker). This designation followed the GSA’s rigorous evaluation and compliance process and enables JSA to provide trusted, compliant, and mission-ready private aviation solutions to federal agencies nationwide.
Today, Lisa proudly serves as the first female president of the Atlanta Aero Club, a chapter of the National Aeronautic Association, where she champions innovation, connection, and leadership within the aviation community.
A keynote and TEDx speaker, serial entrepreneur, and advocate for women in leadership, Lisa has been recognized for her impact across multiple industries. Beyond business, she serves on the Board of Directors for Warrick Dunn Charities, helping families break the cycle of generational poverty through stable housing and economic empowerment.
