Lisa Senters-McDermott, a private aviation expert, is the CEO and Founder of Jet Senters Aviation (JSA). With more than 30 years of experience in aviation, Lisa’s journey took off in New York, where she was instrumental in launching one of the nation’s first private jet charter brokerage firms.

Known as the go-to resource in private aviation, Lisa believes deeply in the personal side of service. Her clients — from Fortune 100 executives and entrepreneurs to celebrities and family offices — trust her honesty, insight, and integrity in every transaction, whether buying, selling, or managing entire aircraft. For Lisa, relationships always come first, and that philosophy has defined her decades-long success.

Before founding JSA, Lisa spent a decade as Senior Vice President of Sales for NetJets/Marquis Jet, where she was a national leader in both the Marquis Jet Card and NetJets fractional aircraft programs. She played a pivotal role in helping transform Marquis Jet from a startup into a global industry leader.

Lisa currently serves as the first female President of the Atlanta Aero Club, a chapter of the National Aeronautic Association, where she continues to champion innovation, connection, and leadership within the aviation community. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Warrick Dunn Charities, supporting initiatives that empower families to break the cycle of generational poverty through stable housing and economic opportunity.

A TEDx and keynote speaker, serial entrepreneur, and advocate for women in leadership, Lisa’s insights on business, resilience, and reinvention have been featured in forums such as the Harvard Business School Alumni Group and numerous global events. Beyond aviation, she co-founded My CFO Plan, founded the Girls of Aviation Team (GOAT), and continues to advise organizations and entrepreneurs across multiple industries.

Lisa has been recognized as a JDRF Honoree for her support of Type 1 diabetes research, served as a visionary core church planter for Gulf Coast Community Church in Naples, Florida, and was named one of Buckhead’s 15 Most Inspirational Women. She was also a featured TEDx Yellowstone speaker in 2022 and even wrote and sold a television show to HBO — a testament to her creativity, determination, and passion for storytelling.
